RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your BySereena pieces, but we understand if the item just isn’t right for you. We can accept your order back within the first 7 days of it being delivered to you by offering an exchange or credit note. These items must be unworn, tags still attached, and sanitary protection still in tact, otherwise your order will be sent straight back to you.

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear is to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.

BY SEREENA reserves the right to reject returns that do not abide by the guidelines stated above.

Please email inquiries@bysereena.com with your 1). order number 2). name of item/s 3). reason for return — and we will provide you with postage details. Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless item/s are deemed faulty or incorrect.
