RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your BySereena pieces, but we understand if the item just isn’t right for you. We can accept your order back within the first 7 days of it being delivered to you by offering an exchange or credit note. These items must be unworn, tags still attached, and sanitary protection still in tact, otherwise your order will be sent straight back to you.
Please email inquiries@bysereena.com with your 1). order number 2). name of item/s 3). reason for return — and we will provide you with postage details. Customers are too cover the cost of return postage unless item/s are deemed faulty or incorrect.
CAN I CANCEL / MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER I PLACED?
Generally we are unable to make manual changes once the order is placed. However, if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes can not always be accommodated for. Please immediately contact us at inquiries@bysereena.com with your requested change of details included.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! By Sereena now ships internationally to a select few countries. These include; New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Indonesia and Thailand. Shipping costs are shown at checkout once you have selected your country.
